Data: Binance recently transferred over 3.9 billion USDT from its cold wallet to its hot wallet

ChainCatcher news, according to information on the Tron chain, an address marked as "Binance-Cold 2" transferred over 3.9 billion USDT to an address marked as "Binance 3" on November 9.

The U.S. Department of Justice will announce cryptocurrency enforcement actions on November 22 at 4:00 AM and will disclose a settlement agreement with Binance during a press conference in the early morning. Earlier, ChainCatcher reported that the U.S. Department of Justice sought over $4 billion in fines from Binance to settle related criminal charges.
