Tether and Bitfinex abandon opposition to the request under the New York Freedom of Information Law
ChainCatcher news, according to the official announcement, Tether and Bitfinex have agreed to withdraw their opposition to CoinDesk's earlier request under the New York Freedom of Information Law. Tether and Bitfinex will not further appeal the FOIL request.
