ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated on social media that Franklin has submitted an updated prospectus for its Bitcoin spot ETF. According to the latest prospectus, the trust aims to reflect the performance of its net assets in Bitcoin through a DELAWARE statutory trust organization, with the fund primarily held by Coinbase Custody and cash custody provided by Bank of New York Mellon. The ETF seeks to reflect the performance of Bitcoin before paying fund expenses.
