The SEC is seeking public comments on Fidelity's spot Ethereum ETF application
ChainCatcher news, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Chicago Board Options Exchange (Cboe BZX Exchange) has submitted a proposed rule change to the SEC to list and trade shares of the Fidelity Ethereum Fund. The SEC has confirmed receipt of the proposal and will solicit public comments on the change. After the application is published in the Federal Register, the public will have 21 days to submit comments. It is reported that Fidelity first applied for approval of the fund on November 17.
