ChainCatcher message, Blur's Layer 2 network Blast indicates that when USDT is deposited into the Blast Bridge, it will be converted to DAI in the deposit transaction. A configuration error in the slippage parameter on the UI caused one user to receive 100,000 fewer DAI than they should have in two transactions. The current issue has been resolved, and Blast will send the affected users the amount lost due to slippage along with an additional 10% bonus (a total of 110,000 USDT).
