BlackRock has submitted a revised application for a spot Bitcoin ETF again
ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated that BlackRock has once again submitted its spot Bitcoin ETF S-1 (prospectus) amendment.
The U.S. SEC has clearly issued the same or very similar instructions to multiple issuers, which may be the result of multiple dialogues and extensive work between the two parties.
