He added, "In my view, the collapse of the entire Binance plea deal is just a matter of time, which will lead to additional charges against Binance, additional charges against Changpeng Zhao, and new charges against anyone else with close ties to the Binance criminal enterprise (partners, clients, joint ventures, collaborators, etc.)."
