Hong Kong real estate tycoon Zheng Zhigang's fund C Capital has obtained the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission's Type 4 and Type 9 licenses
ChainCatcher news, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has released the November update on newly licensed and registered entities, which shows that the fund C Capital Investment Management Limited, owned by Hong Kong real estate tycoon Zheng Zhigang, has obtained the SFC's Type 4 and Type 9 licenses. The Type 4 license is for providing advice on securities, and the Type 9 license is for asset management.
Previous report, in September, C Capital announced the successful completion of its third round of private equity fund raising, with a total investment amount exceeding 250 million USD for its main fund and related co-investment vehicles.
