Valkyrie submits new revised Bitcoin spot ETF prospectus

ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated on the X platform that Valkyrie today submitted a newly revised Bitcoin spot ETF prospectus (S-1 filing). They join Bitwise and Invesco in declaring that creation and redemption can only be done in cash.
