ChainCatcher news, Ledger posted on social media that approximately $600,000 in assets were affected in last week's large-scale security incident, which were stolen from users who had blind-signed on EVM DApps. Ledger will attempt to assist affected individuals (including non-Ledger users) in recovering funds by the end of February 2024, and has committed to collaborating with the DApp ecosystem to enable Clear Signing. It has currently decided to no longer allow the use of Ledger devices for blind signing until June 2024.
