So far this year, Coinbase's stock price has surged nearly 400%, and it is estimated that Armstrong holds about 16% of the company's shares. Coinbase co-founder Fred Ehrsam's wealth is estimated to have increased by $1.8 billion in 2023, reaching approximately $2.5 billion. Ehrsam is estimated to hold about 5% of Coinbase.
