Cryptocurrency mining company HIVE Digital completes $21.78 million private placement financing

ChainCatcher news, the cryptocurrency mining company HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. (HIVE) announced the completion of its previously announced bought deal private placement, issuing a total of 5.75 million Special Warrants, each priced at CAD 5, raising a total of CAD 28.75 million (approximately USD 21.78 million). The funds will be used to support the growth of its Bitcoin mining operations and to expand its green mining footprint.
