ARK Invest submitted its spot Bitcoin ETF securities registration application to the SEC

As of now, Grayscale, Ark Investments, Valkyrie, and VanEck are the latest companies to submit Form 8-A, marking progress for potential spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds.

The issuer's Form 8-A document signifies the registration that allows the issuer to trade on trading platforms and marks progress toward the potential approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF.
