ChainCatcher news, according to the SEC official website, Invesco, BlackRock, ARK 21shares, and VanEck have submitted updated S-1 filings for their Bitcoin spot ETFs, among which:

  • Invesco ETF has a fee structure of 0.59%, with the first 6 months free.
  • BlackRock's ETF has a fee structure of 0.3%.
  • ARK 21shares has a fee structure of 0.8%.
  • VanEck's ETF has a fee structure of 0.25%.
