Grayscale has submitted an updated version of its Bitcoin spot ETF S-1 application

ChainCatcher news, according to the SEC official website, Grayscale has submitted an updated version of its S-1 application for a spot Bitcoin ETF, with an ETF fee of 1.5%.

In addition, Grayscale has designated Jane Street, Virtual, Flow Traders, and Flowdesk as liquidity providers for its ETF. It has designated Jane Street, Virtual, Macquarie, and ABN AMRO as authorized participants for its ETF.
