Public chain Artela launches EVM+Aspect testnet

It is reported that the core innovation of the Artela blockchain is the "EVM+Aspect" execution layer network, which allows developers to build native extensions based on WASM, working alongside EVM to support more feature-rich and modular decentralized applications, and plans to support parallel execution of EVM.
