Exchanges like Binance and Kraken have been removed from the Apple App Store in India

ChainCatcher news, according to Techcrunch, cryptocurrency exchanges Binance, Kraken, Mexc, Kucoin, and several others marked as operating illegally in India have been removed from Apple's App Store in India, while the exchange Bitstamp has not been removed.

Previously, the Indian government agency responsible for reviewing financial transactions, the Financial Intelligence Unit, issued a notice of reasons to all nine companies two weeks ago, claiming they were not complying with India's anti-money laundering rules. The Financial Intelligence Unit has requested the Indian Ministry of Information Technology to block the websites of all nine service providers in India.
