Do Kwon requests to delay the SEC trial date for Terraform Labs until mid-March to appear in person
ChainCatcher news, Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon expressed his desire to appear in person for the SEC lawsuit against Terraform Labs and has therefore requested to postpone his trial date to mid-March 2024. It is reported that Kwon's lawyer submitted a letter on January 11, stating that Kwon wishes to appear in person, but he is expected to be extradited no earlier than February or March. The case was originally scheduled to be heard in January 2024.
