Vitalik: Things that qualify as L2 must have stronger security attributes than multi-signature

ChainCatcher message, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik tweeted, "For me, something that qualifies as L2 must have stronger security properties than multi-signatures, even if it doesn't have the overall guarantees like Rollup. Validiums meet this, optimizations can, but a rigorous analysis of the exact security gains is needed."
