ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart posted on social media that the SEC has confirmed the 19b-4 filings for Bitcoin spot ETF options products, submitted by the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, and CBOE.

The analyst stated that this is faster than the SEC's usual actions. If the SEC wants to act quickly, the options products could be approved by the end of February, which is more than 27 days away from the earliest decision date. The latest decision date is around September 21 of this year.
