新火科技控股 23 年年报：年亏损 2.88 亿港元，已出售一全资附属公司

集团对其的未来业绩不感乐观，并已于 2022 年 11 月，按代价 327 万美元向公司一名独立第三方 Exonexa Limited 出售Win Techno Inc.(公司的全资附属公司)。该出售事项已于 2022 年 11 月完成。集团将整合资源及专注向全球客户提供其他特定技术解决方案服务。
