The Singapore High Court rejected Three Arrows Capital's request to withdraw the lawsuit
ChainCatcher news, the Singapore High Court dismissed Three Arrows Capital's (3AC) request to dismiss the lawsuit filed by DeFiance Capital against it. The entity aims to separate its assets from the 3AC creditors independently of the liquidation process. Furthermore, the judge ruled that Three Arrows Capital must pay the legal fees of DeFiance Capital founder Cheong Jun Yoong.
