ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，数字资产平台 Bakkt 发言人表示，Bakkt 正寻求出售高达 1.5 亿美元的证券，或能缓解运营资金不足问题。
据悉，Bakkt 此前在提交给美国 SEC 的一份文件中表示，其现金和限制性现金很难支持在提交文件之日后 12 个月内的运营。
