Arthur, as the Chief Investment Officer of Maelstrom, essentially acts more like a "Chief Narrative Officer," whose job is to tell compelling stories that can achieve widespread dissemination; the better the story spreads, the more valuable its associated tokens become.

Additionally, Arthur Hayes mentioned that the Bitcoin spot ETF and the potentially upcoming Ethereum spot ETF will drive up the prices of these two assets, and he may increase his positions in them, but overall, he is shifting his attention to altcoins.
