Coinbase Cloud adds support for Nethermind and Erigon to enhance Ethereum execution client diversity

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Coinbase's cloud services division has added Nethermind and Erigon to its Ethereum staking infrastructure, aiming to increase the diversity of execution layer clients and reduce reliance on Geth.

It is reported that this initiative aims to reduce dependence on the widely used Geth execution layer client by strategically diversifying validators across various clients. The deployment plan for the Nethermind client is set to begin this week.
