ChainCatcher news, according to CNBC, Reddit has filed for an IPO to issue 22 million shares, raising up to $748 million, with an expected price range of $31 to $34 per share, and the stock ticker will be RDDT.
In addition, Reddit has reserved approximately 1.76 million shares for users who created accounts before January 1, with no lock-up period.
