Arbitrum initiates a proposal to allocate 200 million ARB to the gaming ecosystem

ChainCatcher message, the Arbitrum community has initiated a proposal for the Gaming Catalyst Program, which requests the Arbitrum DAO to allocate 200 million ARB over two years to support the gaming ecosystem on Arbitrum.

These funds will be distributed over one year to the following initiatives:

1. Builder onboarding and growth (160 million ARB)

2. Infrastructure bounties (40 million ARB)

The proposed figures represent the cap of ARB that can be used to promote gaming on Arbitrum. If any of these planned amounts have unused ARB at the end of the GCP, the funds will be returned to the DAO.
