Web3 game developer 9 Lives Interactive completes $3 million funding, led by Mechanism Capital
ChainCatcher news, Web3 shooting game developer 9 Lives Interactive (formerly known as Rude Robot Studios) announced the completion of a $3 million funding round, led by Mechanism Capital, with participation from Delphi Digital, Sfermion, 3Commas Capital, Momentum 6, Kosmos Ventures, Devmons GG, and CSP DAO.
It is reported that the new funds will be used to support the global launch of its first game, Nyan Heroes. This is a hero shooter that combines unique gameplay mechanics with characters and blockchain technology for mass adoption. The team was established in 2021 and consists of industry veterans from well-known studios such as Electronic Arts, Bungie, and Ubisoft.
