Aavegotchi will launch a Layer 3 rollup using Base settlement in Q2 2024

ChainCatcher news, the Layer 3 rollup Gotchichain designed for Aavegotchi on-chain games will use Base as its settlement layer. Gotchichain was initially developed using Polygon's stack and is set to launch in the second quarter of 2024, focusing on blockchain games.

It is reported that the Aavegotchi team will leverage Base to provide an on-chain gaming platform called "Gaming Console." Aavegotchi may also explore using the Optimism stack alongside Gotchichain to further expand and scale its ecosystem.
