Kraken launches custody service Kraken Custody for institutional investors
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Kraken has launched a custody service called Kraken Custody for its institutional investor platform KrakenInstitutional, providing digital asset custody services and creating deposit accounts for institutions. Kraken Custody will also allow institutions to store, manage, and transfer funds within a single interface, protected by Kraken's internal security protocols.
Kraken's national chartered bank subsidiary, Kraken Financial, is headquartered in Wyoming, where the clear regulatory framework allows Kraken Financial to offer qualified custody services that meet institutional requirements.
