Cryptocurrency chip company Katena wins $23 million lawsuit filed by Bitcoin mining company Coinmint

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, at the end of last year, New York crypto mining company Coinmint accused Bitcoin technology company Katena Computing and semiconductor design company DX Corr of designing a scam to lure it into a $150 million purchase agreement, and is seeking over $23 million in damages through litigation.

It is reported that the arbitration panel has ruled that the crypto technology company Katena Computing did not deceive Coinmint into entering the $150 million purchase agreement and has ordered the return of the $23 million already paid by Katena.
