Cryptocurrency platform Abra reaches a settlement with the financial regulatory agency of Oregon, USA

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, the cryptocurrency platform Abra and its CEO William Barhydt have reached a settlement with the financial regulators of the state of Oregon. Under the terms of the settlement, Abra will return the assets held by Oregon users on the platform and cease the issuance of unregistered securities in the state. If Abra successfully returns all assets to Oregon customers by April 25, it will not face any fines.
