ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, relevant documents show that the SEC is seeking public opinion on the Grayscale, Bitwise, and Fidelity spot Ethereum ETFs.

In the documents regarding Bitwise, the SEC stated: "The Commission is publishing this notice to solicit comments from interested persons on the proposed rule change (as modified by Amendment No. 1)." Comments must be submitted within 21 days.
