PayPal: Xoom has allowed U.S. users to directly exchange PYUSD for USD
According to ChainCatcher news, as disclosed on PayPal's official website, its cross-border remittance service Xoom now allows U.S. Xoom users to convert their PayPal stablecoin PYUSD into U.S. dollars and use it as a source of funds to remit to recipients in approximately 160 countries/regions worldwide.
