Data: Tether has issued an additional 1 billion USDT on Ethereum (authorized but not yet issued)

ChainCatcher news, according to Whale Alert monitoring, Tether Treasury has minted an additional 1 billion USDT on Ethereum.

In response, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that this 1 billion USDT is a supplement to the Ethereum inventory. This is an authorized but unissued transaction, meaning that this increase will be used for the next issuance requests and cross-chain exchange inventory.
