friend.tech: A new registration process is set to be launched next week, which will no longer restrict account linking to the X platform

ChainCatcher message, friend.tech announced on the social platform that starting next week, linking the X platform to friend.tech accounts will be optional, and new users will also be able to choose any unclaimed username during registration. If they want to purchase the keys of Twitter friends, they need to start checking the Twitter usernames displayed separately on their profiles.

Friend.tech stated that there are two main reasons for this update: the friend.tech V2 version will be open to audiences outside of Twitter; and if existing users wish to receive their on-chain points on new accounts, the optional linking option will allow them to link their Twitter to new accounts before the V2 version is released.

It is reported that after the new registration process is launched next week, friend.tech will provide further explanations through the X platform and its application.
