Circle has suspended minting USDC on Noble through CCTP

ChainCatcher message, according to the Circle Status page, as part of the maintenance upgrade of CCTP on Noble, Circle has temporarily halted the minting of USDC on Noble through Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP).
