ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, Kraken has responded to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's letter regarding the company's motion to dismiss the case from April, stating that the agency failed to identify "any investment contracts for transactions, intermediations, or settlements conducted (or that may be conducted) on Kraken." The document points out that the SEC repeatedly used terms like "concept" and "ecosystem" in its arguments, rather than "investment contracts" and "enterprise."
