Bloomberg analysts: The Ethereum spot ETF is not expected to be approved before the end of 2025

ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that the Ethereum spot ETF is not expected to be approved until the end of 2025. There are only nine days left until the deadline for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to approve or deny the Ethereum spot ETF, and bettors on the on-chain prediction market Polymarket also believe that the likelihood of the Ethereum spot ETF being approved before May 31 is 14%.

It is reported that Eric Balchunas had previously publicly stated that the Ethereum spot ETF application might be rejected by the SEC on May 23.
