ChainCatcher news, according to information from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) website, Geometry Capital's wholly-owned subsidiary Geometry Capital (Hong Kong) Limited has been approved on May 20, 2024, by the SFC to engage in regulated activities under Type 4 and Type 9, focusing on virtual assets.

Geometry Capital can manage a portfolio that is 100% invested in virtual assets under Type 9 license in Hong Kong, and can provide investment advice on virtual assets under Type 4 license.
