Blast: Will support upgrading blobs on May 27

ChainCatcher message, Blast indicates on X that it will support the upgrade of blobs at 2 PM Pacific Time on May 27. After the upgrade, users will pay lower gas fees, while Dapps will receive more gas fee revenue. Infrastructure providers should upgrade to the latest Blast node that supports 4844.
