Velocore: Willing to offer 10% white hat bounty to hackers

ChainCatcher news, according to information from Velocore communicating with the hacker on-chain, if the hacker returns the remaining funds before 4 PM Beijing time on June 3, they are willing to offer a 10% white hat bounty. The hacker has not yet responded.
