According to ChainCatcher news, the Aave community voted to approve the "Increase the bridging USDC reserve factor across all deployments" ARFC proposal on the Snapshot governance page, which will gradually increase the reserve factor (RF) for bridging USDC (USDC.e and USDbC) in the Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and Base Aave deployments.
