美 SEC 主席：若交易平台操纵市场，披露信息也无法使其免于诉讼
ChainCatcher 消息，美国 SEC 主席 Gary Gensler 周三表示，如果加密货币交易平台操纵市场，那么披露信息也无法避免其被监管机构起诉。
他表示，如果这些公司公布 “误导性” 信息，导致交易员将资金投入他们原本不会投资的产品，它们也无法免于诉讼。“披露并不一定能保护坏人，你不能只是简单地披露就结束了。”
