ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Nigeria's Minister of Information Mohammed Idris stated that the trial of Binance and its executive Tigran Gambaryan for illegally trading cryptocurrencies in Nigeria follows the country's legal procedures. Due process has been followed at every stage of the legal proceedings, and the prosecutors are confident in their case based on the evidence collected. Binance will have the opportunity to defend itself in court against serious financial crime charges, with the next hearing scheduled for June 20, 2024.
