Core Scientific rejects CoreWeave's $1 billion acquisition offer

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, cryptocurrency mining company Core Scientific has rejected a $1 billion acquisition offer from cloud computing company CoreWeave. The Core Scientific board believes that CoreWeave's offer of $5.75 per share for Bitcoin (BTC) mining machines significantly undervalues the company.
