Cardano founder: The Chang fork upgrade is expected to be completed in June

ChainCatcher news, according to Coin Edition, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson stated on social media that the Chang fork upgrade is expected to be completed in June.

According to its official blog post, the upgraded governance system will be more decentralized, inclusive, and transparent.
