ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the White House is expected to nominate CFTC Commissioner Christy Goldsmith Romero as the next chair of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and nominate Kristin Johnson for a senior position at the Treasury Department.
