Bitwise submits its Ethereum spot ETF S-1 amendment registration statement, disclosing information related to the seed fund

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, based on filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bitwise has submitted its revised S-1 registration statement for its Ethereum spot ETF.

Bitwise's updated Bitwise Ethereum ETF S-1 form includes some new details, including information about a $2.5 million seed investment. The company stated, "Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC expects to purchase 100,000 initial shares at a price of $25 per share."

Bitwise also mentioned that Pantera Capital Management LP is interested in purchasing shares worth up to $100 million.
