Insiders: Nvidia agrees to acquire software startup Shoreline at a valuation of $100 million

ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, informed sources say that Nvidia has agreed to acquire the software development-focused startup Shoreline.io. The deal was recently finalized, valuing Shoreline at approximately $100 million.

The software developed by Shoreline.io can identify issues and incidents within computer systems and help automate the resolution of these problems. The company was founded in 2019 by Anurag Gupta, who previously worked for many years at Amazon Web Services (AWS).
